2. What data do we process and for what purpose?

Through the website we primarily process the data provided in the contact / quote request form:

• Name — to identify the enquiry and to address you.
• Phone number — to contact you and arrange an appointment and survey.
• Email address (if provided) — to reply and send a quote.
• Content of the message — to understand your requirements precisely and prepare a quote.

When the form is submitted, a timestamp may also be recorded for technical reasons, together with data processed by Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention (see section 6).

3. Legal basis for processing

• Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox when submitting the form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons.
• Steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): measures taken at your request that are necessary in order to provide a quote.

4. How long do we keep the data?

We keep data relating to your enquiry until the matter is closed or, where a quote has been issued, for no longer than 12 months after the quote expires, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. accounting obligations) or unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Who has access to the data? (Processors)

We treat your data confidentially. The following technical service providers may access it to the extent necessary for operation:

• Hosting and email provider — to serve the website and forward enquiries by email.
• Google Ireland Ltd. (reCAPTCHA Enterprise) — to filter out automated abuse (spam, bots).

We do not sell your personal data and do not transfer it to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Google reCAPTCHA

Our forms are protected against automated abuse by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. To operate the service, Google may collect and analyse data. Use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Cookies

The website may use cookies necessary for its operation and cookies that remember your settings. You can manage or change your cookie consent at any time in the cookie bar displayed at the bottom of the page.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• the right to information and access;
• the right to request rectification of inaccurate data;
• the right to request erasure (the right to be forgotten);
• the right to request restriction of processing;
• the right to object to processing;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to withdraw consent previously given (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
